A simple phone call or text is all I need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO SCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT?
This varies depending on time of day. My evenings are in high demand so it is best to schedule 2-3 weeks in advance. Daytime availability can be as soon as next day. Many clients book out for the entire year to secure their desired time.
WHAT DO I DO WHEN I ARRIVE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?
No check in is necessary, just have a seat in our waiting room and I will escort you to my station at the time of your appointment.
DO YOU HAVE WIFI?
Yes we do! The password is located in the waiting room, or feel free to ask. We are more than happy to share.

Along with Davines, I also carry Malibu C Wellness Remedy, which is a 100% vegan treatment that uses a patented vitamin complex to remove chlorine and mineral buildup in the hair.
The product I use for waxing services is called Nufree, a non stick antibacterial/antimicrobial hair remover. This product was developed over 25 years ago for plastic surgeons to remove hair before surgeries.
What happens if I am not satisfied with my hair?
Client satisfaction is my top priority. If you are not pleased with your service or outcome, please let me know immediately. I will get you in as soon as possible to adjust whatever is not working for you free of charge.
